1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering an account on, or using any part of the 82bd platform (available at 82bd.vip), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with any additional policies referenced herein — including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the registered user or visitor) and 82bd.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 82bd platform and, where applicable, request the closure of your account. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2Eligibility
To register and use the 82bd platform, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the service:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. 82bd strictly prohibits registration and gambling by individuals under the age of 21 and may request proof-of-age documentation at any time.
- You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf, not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity.
- You must not reside in, or access the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under local law.
- You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or close family member of an 82bd employee, contractor, or any affiliated company.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
3Account Registration & Security
To access the full features of 82bd, you must register an account. By registering, you agree to the following account obligations:
- You may hold only one registered account on 82bd. Maintaining multiple accounts — whether to circumvent a suspension, exploit bonus offers, or for any other reason — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.
- You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must keep your username and password strictly confidential and must never share your login credentials with any other person.
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information. Any false or misleading information may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account.
- 82bd may require identity verification (KYC) at any time, including a government-issued ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method. Accounts that do not complete KYC when requested may have withdrawals suspended until the process is finalised.
- You may close your account at any time by contacting 82bd support. Upon closure, any remaining balance not subject to active bonus rollover requirements will be eligible for withdrawal in accordance with the standard withdrawal process.
82bd employs SSL encryption across all account and payment pages to protect data in transit. You acknowledge that no digital system can guarantee absolute security and agree not to hold 82bd liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.
4Deposits & Withdrawals
82bd supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and USDT (TRC20). All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) or equivalent USDT value at the prevailing exchange rate shown on the platform at the time of the transaction.
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your account. These limits may be adjusted by 82bd at any time with notice provided via the platform.
- Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. 82bd does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Any third-party deposit may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.
- Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified in the cashier section. In most cases, withdrawals are completed within 10 minutes of approval. 82bd may request additional verification documentation prior to processing a withdrawal, particularly for high-value requests.
- All funds in your 82bd wallet are held for gaming activity only. Deposits do not accrue interest. 82bd does not operate as a financial institution and your wallet balance does not constitute a bank deposit.
- If an account is closed — voluntarily or due to a Terms violation — any remaining balance not subject to forfeiture under these Terms will be returned via the original deposit payment method where technically feasible.
82bd does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or your USDT wallet) may apply their own transaction fees. 82bd is not responsible for fees charged by third-party payment processors.
5Bonuses & Promotions
82bd offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:
- All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated clearly in the bonus offer terms.
- Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except where the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them will be forfeited if the wagering requirement is not met within the stipulated time period.
- 82bd reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse — including registering multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing opposing bets to guarantee profit, or using automated tools to meet wagering requirements.
- Only one welcome bonus per user, per household, per device, and per IP address is permitted. 82bd uses technical and manual verification to detect duplicate bonus claims.
- 82bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes to an ongoing promotion will not affect bonuses already credited to a user's account under the original offer terms.
6Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 82bd platform. Any user found engaging in any of the following behaviours will have their account immediately suspended and any associated balances forfeited:
- Using or attempting to use any software, algorithm, robot, crawler, scraper, or other automated tool to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit any game mechanic or promotional offer.
- Colluding with other players to fix the outcome of a game, share cards, coordinate bets, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other users.
- Using the platform for any activity related to money laundering, terrorism financing, fraud, or any other criminal activity. 82bd cooperates fully with law enforcement and will report suspicious activity where required by applicable law.
- Attempting to exploit any software bug, error, or vulnerability in the platform's systems, games, or payment infrastructure. Winnings obtained via a known or suspected bug must be reported to 82bd immediately and will be voided pending investigation.
- Providing false or misleading information at any stage of the registration, KYC, deposit, or withdrawal process.
- Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards 82bd staff or other platform users via any communication channel including support chat or email.
7Intellectual Property
All content on the 82bd platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the property of 82bd or its content suppliers and is protected under applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the 82bd platform without prior written consent from 82bd.
The 82bd name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of 82bd. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use the 82bd trademark or any other 82bd branding element without the express written consent of 82bd.
8Responsible Gaming
82bd is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The following tools and protections are available to all registered users:
- Deposit limits: users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from within their account settings. Once set, a limit takes effect immediately and can only be increased after a 72-hour cooling-off period.
- Session reminders: users may set time-based alerts that notify them when they have been logged into the platform for a specified duration.
- Self-exclusion: users may request a temporary (minimum 30 days) or permanent self-exclusion. During the exclusion period, account access is disabled and promotional communications are suspended. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted via the support channel.

9Account Suspension & Termination

- 82bd has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of the platform or its promotions.
- The user has failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe following a formal request from 82bd.
- 82bd is required to do so by a regulatory authority, court order, or other binding legal instrument, or where continued operation of the account would expose 82bd to legal or regulatory risk.
10Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 82bd, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the 82bd platform — including loss of winnings due to technical failure, loss of data, loss of revenue, or any other financial or non-financial loss — even if 82bd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
82bd makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. You use the platform at your own risk. Nothing in this clause limits 82bd's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
